The fourth year of the The Great Big Property Gig has now past, and what a gig it was, this time around it was called the Recession Sessions!

Building on last year's fantastic event, where we raised a staggering £28,500 for the two charities supported by the Gig (Cancer Research UK and the Scottish Spina Bifida Association), this year's event was held in Glasgow's ABC2 on Thursday 28 May.

The first ever Great Big Property Gig was held in May 2006 and proved a tremendous success with four bands playing to an audience of 500 and raising a total of £4,500.

Last year's gig, held at the ABC1, was again a huge hit with a capacity crowd enjoying the music and raising a phenomenal amount of money for the two charities, both of which do invaluable work throughout the country.

A big thanks to everyone for the support at this years gig, now we should all look forward to next years gig which for sure, will be a big success!!
